Explore Cape Cod

The town of Barnstable is made up of seven villages and is the largest community both in land area and population on Cape Cod.
In addition to the Upper Cape towns of Sandwich and Falmouth, two other prominent towns are Bourne and Mashpee. The town of Bourne can be found on both sides of the Cape Cod Canal and features many beautiful coves and harbors, as well as a half-dozen public beaches and innumerable public boat ramps.
Quaint, energetic and delightful, downtown Falmouth is only a few blocks from the beach.
East Falmouth has many neighborhoods: Maravista has a number of small lots with most of the homes upgraded to today’s standards; there are several boat landings along each side of the peninsular and a beach at the end plus Bristol Beach a short distance away.
Falmouth is defined by its 68 sand-covered miles of beautiful coastline, which feature 12 miles of public beaches within walking distance of many Falmouth homes.
Nestled in West Hyannisport is the wonderful neighborhood of Green Dunes.
Osterville, one of the seven villages within the town of Barnstable, is a primarily residential community with beautiful marshes, bays, and beaches.
Sandwich, incorporated in 1639, is the oldest town on Cape Cod.
